This masterfully genre painting of a drinker and smoker in German historical costume came from the same Munich private collection as item No. 2749 - 2756 and was executed by well known German genre and portrait painter Emil Kuhlmann-Reher (1886 Reher by Hanover -1957 Munich ). He studied at the Munich Art Academy under Raupp, F.Stuck und O.Seitz and worked in Munjich. Also studied and worked in Italy , France, Holland. Popular figure and genre painter.
