Humorfully genre scene "Gourmet dinner" executed in 1898 by the renowed represantative of Duesseldorfer School, good listed genre artist Hans August Lassen ( born 1852 in Hadersleben), studied (1882) at the Fine Art Academy in Duesseldorf ( under P.Janssen), worked in Duesseldorf and Ratingen. He was famous with his figure paintings, portraits and genre works from Rhein folk life. His works situated in museums Duesseldorf, Dortmund and Hadersleben.
