The artist studied: at the Academies in Stuttgart by Jakob Grünewald und Carl von Häberlin and at the Academy in Munich by Alexander Wagner. Lived in Munich since 1880. Took part in exhibitions in the "Munich glass palace" (1906) and at the Munich Secession (1908). Drew out through life near representations, category scenes and motives of flower .
