This high quality sport horse painting came from the noble European collection through the auctionshouse Christies ( proof is inserted to the purchase) and was executed in 1860 by good listed Munich genre, animal and landscape painter Alois Bach (1809 Eschlkam an der Cham - 1893 Munich), pupil of Munich Academy under Heinrich Hess, after study began he with genre scenes under influence of Wagenbauer and H.Buerkel, later of his friend E.Schleich. But His most important paintings created in the later time as our painting. Works by him situated in the Royal National Gallery in Berlin.
