Lovely scene with punch drinkers (in German: Bowletrinker) executed in the end of 19th century by represantative of Duesseldorfer school , good listed genre artist Hans August Lassen ( born 1852 in Hadersleben), studied (1882) at the Fine Art Academy in Duesseldorf ( under P.Janssen), worked in Duesseldorf and Ratingen. He was famous with his figure paintings , portraits and genre works from Rhein folk live. His works situated in Duesseldorf, Dortmund and Hadersleben.
