Romantic portrait of a young beauty was executed in Rome in 1866 by very good listed French painter and etcher Henri Joseph Dubouchet (1833 Caluire/Rhone - 1909 Paris). He was brother of painter Jean Francois and father odf Gustave Joseph. Henri Joseph studied in Ecole des B.-Arts in Lyon undwer Vibert since 1854, was awarded in 1860 with great prize of Rome and from this time sent his works for exhibitions of Paris Salon of Soc. des Artistes franc. (1866 - 1908) and Salon de Lyon (1855 - 1880). His paintings, and espessial waterclour and etching after Raffael, Michelangelo, Tizian, del Sarto, Veronese broken him great popularity and participation at the World Exhibitions in 1889 and 1900. Later worked he at the Paris Ecole de Livre.
