Classical portrait miniature of a beauty in oriental turban was executed in the middle of 19th century by a represantative of Austrian portrait school.

 Inscription: signed indistinctly lower right, on the reverse inscribed in German, "Gräfin Junyada" (countess Junyada)..

Technique: gouache on ivory , antique bronze frame.

Measurements: unframed w 2 1/8" x h 2 3/4 " (5,5 x 7 cm), framed w 2 3/8 " x h 3 " (6 x 7,5 cm).

Condition: in very good condition.
