Romantic portrait of a peasant girl was executed by Austrian portrait painter of the middle of the 19th century Johann Nepomuk Gebhard (1798 Brunn - 1879 Vienna). Gebhard was born in Brno, studied there under Ferdinand Licht and later under Kreutzinger in Vienna. Condition: in good condition, canvas professionally  relined.
