Large maserfully portrait miniature of a lady with bonnet was executed in 1827 by renown French female miniaturist, pastel and watercolour painter Adolphe David Finck , born 1802 in Rouen, since 1818 studied at the Ecole des B._Arts in Paris under Girodet-Trioson. In 1833-1864 exhibited miniatures and oil paintings in Salon.

Inscription: signed and dated 1827 lower left. .

Measurements: unframed w 4 1/4 " x 5 7/8" (10,8 x 14.8 cm); framed 4 3/4 " x 6 1/8 " (11,5 x 15,5 cm)
Condition: in good condition, no cracks, splits or paintlosses.
