Watercolour of virtuose quality with cityscape in Olomouc was executed in the early 19 century by renowed czech architecture and landscape painter and graphic artist Karl Wuerbs (180 -Praque - 1876). Since 1823 he studied in the Academy in Praque under Prof.J.Bergler and F.Ch.Waldherr., later in the Atelier by Heinisch.Since 1858 he was inspector of Praque gallery and teacher in the technical institute in praque.He created architecture and cityscape paintings from praque and other czech cities and from Germany .
