Impressionistic seascape by russian emigrant painter Arsenij Sosnowsky, who was active in Praque and in Balkan States in the early 20 century and was famous with his seascapes from Adriatica.

Probably he is identical with: Arsenij Sosnowsky (1895 - 1967), who listed in the monography (in russian) " History of Russian Art", Moscow, Art Academy of USSR , 1963-1964, V.8-13.

Inscription: signed lower left.
